How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over $75. Orders under $75 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location and carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. At this time, Faith Shield does not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

What if my item arrives defective or damaged?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund once the issue is verified.

Do you offer discounts for military or law enforcement?

Yes. We proudly offer a 10% discount for active or retired military members and law enforcement.
